BOOKING POLICY
Appointments must be booked via www.braidsbyjana.com. All bookings are binding. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information when making a booking. The person making the booking is responsible for it, even when booking on behalf of another person. Braids by Jana tmi reserves the right to make changes but will always inform the customer should any changes occur.
Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In other cases, Braids by Jana tmi reserves the right to charge the full price of the booked service. This policy also applies in cases of illness (unless a medical certificate is provided). If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be billed for the full amount of the booked time. If a customer arrives late, they will still be required to pay for the entire booked time.
